Follow the advice of experts: the use of wood chips for barbecue flavor roast. Connoisseurs know that good barbecue requires more than a few slapping meat on a grill. Leading experts in the field, such as Bobby Flay, Dave Foley, Butch Lupinetti and many others swear by wood chips for the barbecue. The experts advise as wood shavings to absorb cooks briefly before using it, fifteen minutes and allowed to drip dry for a few minutes. Ideally, your wood chips is moist but not saturated.

If you use a smoker on the grill, you may not be necessary to soak the wood chips before use. Soak wood chips allowed to burn longer, but if you're cooking a steak, you probably do not want a long, slow roasting.

Wood chips are available in a wide range of varieties to suit all tastes, their local supplier should be able to advise on the links between a piece of wood with a meat in particular.

In general, if your meat is leaner, has a sweet flavor wood chips. You can also try "heavier" flavors with lighter meats, however, that the use of Mesquite with chicken. For if you do, try use a few wood chips instead of many things to see what it does to your taste.

Using a 30 lbs tank of propane for the BBQ outside?

Has anyone used a 30-tank pounds of propane grill outside? The book says to use only 20 lb tanks, but the pressure seems to be the same for a 30-tank Pound, why not use a large tank for the barbecue, I think the big BBQ Grill regulator would keep the pressure on insurance, and if you more fuel for your grill (less recharge)? Thoughts / ideas / suggestions?
