Cap Nascar
The economic crisis is now in the world and unfortunately we are all feeling. Even the most spending in Formula One teacher is willing to reconsider their manic spending and now throw around the idea of a spending cap of 50 million euros.
If you New to F1 or a mild fan, the idea of spending 50 million euros to build a car from 18 to 19 breeds [By Year] It may seem obscene. After all, how can you spend on a race car possible? Well, F1 is the first undisputed world run according to the technological development. Spent 20 million dollars to win a quarter of a second per lap has nothing to Most F1 teams.
In truth, most teams in Formula set a budget of 50 million euros, is like living in Jessica Simpson carrots. It is difficult to imagine what happens. Some of the new scoring teams in F1 spend less, but that's why the completion of each race one or two laps down. The best teams spend money as fast as they can. Toyota spent an estimated $ 300 million per year. Ferrari and McLaren Mercedes are almost the same level. BMW is rumored to have spent over 100 million dollars just to develop their engines for Formula One
So how are these teams will reduce their budgets by 60 or 70 percent? There is no accepted method by itself, but the idea is to modulate the car. The teams and the FIA to voluntarily submit some parts of the cars would be out of scope for development. For example, there could be agreement that the suspension is homogenized in all systems cars. In contrast, the development of the braking system would be allowed. By modulating the car different classifications, the teams could avoid spending large amounts of areas.
Does the proposal? Yes, certainly reduce costs, but it is a risky idea. Although undoubtedly a must during the economic downturn, many see the F1 as a major source technological innovations. If an excessive amount of innovation will be removed from the sport, which usually ends with an overall Indy Car Series and nobody wants that.
The current global economic environment is brutal for individuals, businesses and the series of races in the same way. To the surprise of many, Formula One has undertaken massive cost cutting despite the rivalry between the teams is so brutally hard. Although it is difficult imagine that in reality based on a budget of 50 million, times seem to need.

Limit the teams owner?
They must reduce the number of teams in each type no more than two. Jack Roush five teams, working with Robert and Doug Yates and direction are the four other teams. NASCAR go back to where they have 30 team owners. Not just five years. NASCAR should put a limit on the owners?
They have already cut back to four teams last year.
