Chevrolet continues domination of the Nextel Cup Series
With the tenth race of the Nextel Cup series is already in the books, Chevrolet has demonstrated once again to control the season. Of the ten races that has happened, Chevy cars have won nine of them, including Jimmy Stewart recently reached 400, held in the Richmond International Speedway in Richmond, Virginia. He said the race was postponed due to heavy rain and was postponed Saturday night. After 400 laps or 300 miles of the race, the Chevrolet driven by defending champion Jimmie Johnson won. It is the fourth race of the season in which Johnson won a race in his No. 48 Lowe's Impala SS.
Speaking after the race, Johnson expressed his feelings for his victory in the race. "It means a lot for me to win here," said Johnson. "We have not been as strong here. It reminds me of Indy last year when we came back and able to overcome a track that is difficult for us. I think this car was an opportunity for me and the type of configuration of the team the right to learn, collecting the right pace on this circuit. "
The chemistry between Johnson and his engineers has resulted in another solid performance for the champion. From the beginning until the end of the race, Johnson showed why he is the man to beat this season. He took control of first place with 20 laps to go and never relinquished the lead until lap number 400. After the race, Johnson also expressed his feelings about the recent shootings at Virginia Tech "I feel honored to win this race here, Virginia. Clearly what happened, nobody could describe it. It's so sad, do not even know where to start, "said Johnson. "I did not go to school there, has many close friends that he, the great people who work at Hendrick Motorsports and who certainly want to spend this victory for them. "
The predominance of the Chevy Impala SS this season is evident in the fact that Johnson after three Chevy Impala. Second place was taken by Johnson teammate Kyle Busch in his No. 5 Kellogg's / CARQUEST Impala SS. Speaking after the race, Busch summarizes the performance of your car in the race ends completion. "It was a good race for our Kellogg's / CARQUEST Impala SS, Busch said. "You know the struggle to classify these things, but we seem to understand when the race turns so I want to thank all my sponsors and all people behind us, "added.
Busch also mentioned that he and Johnson's performance during the race after the restart. "I think mine fell a bit and improved, and what kind of game, "said Busch." Normally, we could do together, but the restart before I was a little better than it was and made me a good start and I took one and two and got a good jump in the world, but that prudence last out. I think we would have taken anyway. It was a little better together than we were, but still a good day for Hendrick Motorsports - one, two, four, I think. "
Taking third place after the race is the No. 11 FedEx Express Impala SS driven by Denny Hamlin. The driver talked about his performance after the race, saying: "Certainly had a up and down day, but most of our car was very good. "Summarizes the performance of your car for the race. "We have been from there to the end and got stuck behind a car park "Said Hamlin." It was like the fist couple of cars could clear and we just had a hard time running outside. For the most part, was happy. The FedEx Chevrolet there was a winner at the end, but simply does not stand on the right track. "Hamlin also examined the impact of the outcome of the race in the special campaign for his team. "FedEx Express Chevrolet was really good and not I can not imagine a better way to start the "Wear Your Heart on Your Helmet campaign for everyone to FedEx this year with the special paint scheme helmet. It is a great way to start the season and the best way to keep our season going in the right direction and I am very pleased with our career. "
By finishing fourth in this race is Jeff Gordon in the No. 24 DuPont Impala SS. After the race, spoke of his performance. "We should be proud of that, "said fan favorite." This was one of our worst tracks. To come here in the first five do not tell you what kind of improvements we've made with DuPont Chevrolet team. We had a very good track and we have kept it. Probably contributed largely. In a moment I thought we had the car to beat, and then we made some adjustments to try to follow the changing track conditions and only she has lost. I want to congratulate Jimmie Johnson and Kyle Busch. The boys took a hell of a race. We are very proud of the guys from Hendrick Motorsports. I tried so hard to get one, two, three finish, but Hendrick could reach. Denny Hamlin led a race too much. Congratulations to Jimmie and those guys. Just take our five and from there, "said Gordon.
After the tenth race of the season, Chevy seems that the dominant race once again stressed that the first four places were occupied by Chevrolets. This shows that these cars are not only the air light lens "> Chevy Truck tail light lens, but also show the true performance that we must wait greater precision of the machine. If this dominance continues for the rest of the Nextel Cup series, which has not yet seen, however.

6.7 DEI, Ginn, Kyle, JR, 8 / 5, 13/14/15, and what do you think?
Must be 8 and 5 TEMs exchange, Budweiser is for the team Everham, which is to be the pilot? Will Kyle Busch Everham? Or is it that makes the offer Ginn-DEI and Unit 13 with new sponsor? Is Paul Menard DEI in the 14 crew and the shop? Or go Kyle CPR? Who is the new sponsor, Jr., Visa, Adidas, Mountain Dew, Sony, or Kellogg? When Hendrick will be offered to the lease at number 8 (Ralph Earnhardt #). His opinions and only ... no driver. attacks against the people of opinions have said that Kyle Kyle is the engine that will announced before the Indy race, but ... and if Kyle went to Gibbs (Tony and problems with Hamlin), how will you do with Tony? Or would that would Gibbs 1 to leave after the arrival of Kyle?
I think # 5 will be left Hendricks and sponsored by Kellogg's and time jr. units Mears drives the car or I'm not sure I do not think Tony Stewart will remain with Gibbs Gibbs time because I think that Toyota will recall that he used driving until it reaches Pontiac chevy best offer but I think both GM cars dei think jr Kyle. the dew is made and may even be in # 25 I think Tony Eury Jr. also. Hendricks is the head staff, I do not think you want the # 8 lot of money to cope with new merchindising # And new sponsors for JR. driving for five # 24
