The next stop on the list is the Nextel Cup Watkins Glen International
The weeks are rolling and the race for the Chase is come to an end. NASCAR should be ecstatic with the championship coming to Watkins Glen next week. The biggest names in NASCAR so far are all Chase qualifiers. Unlike previous seasons, when the Chase drivers lost passwords (Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Jeff Gordon in 2005 with Tony Stewart in 2006) Chase this year promises to be the best.
Given this excellent distribution that has everything to lose, centurion boats next week at Glen is set up to be a can not lose the race! Of all current drivers over 2 career starts at Watkins Glen, Tony Stewart, has been most successful. In 8 starts at the Glen, Tony has an average result of the 6th.

Kurt Busch wins 1st victory of 2007
Kurt Busch dominated Pocono in a way that no one has dominated NASCAR racing for years. He led all but 25 laps of the Pennsylvania 500 and set a new record Pocono Raceway in the process. Even Questions lug nuts in the stands could keep Kurt "Kid Vegas" Busch to recharge your car.
The victory ended a long drought was extended from 51 courses return to the March 2006 race at Bristol. The victory could not have come at a better time for Busch. Entering Sunday's race, Kurt was in 13th place with 13 points Dale Earnhardt Jr. While Dale Earnhardt Jr. finished second, Kurt was able to jump Jr up in the rankings and is now 29 points ahead in 12th place.
Winning is the result of a revival of Kurt Busch Penske Racing takes. Over the last 5 races Kurt finished the second highest average of 8.4. Only Lead Point, Jeff Gordon, is warmer. You can keep pouring Kurt over the past 5 races until the Chase field is set for the championship?
Jimmie Johnson on track
Jimmie Johnson seemed visibly relieved by the conclusion of yesterday, Pennsylvania 500. Jimmie seems to have passed to the offspring, bad luck hitting golfers at Pocono.
During the last 5 races during the absence of crew chief Chad Knaus, the crew # 48 Lowe's has been an unusually bad luck. The score average in this period dropped to 19th best, and if she did stand by Jimmie in the points.

It was a battle of the sponsors of beer, but not really, as the cars passed on the last lap. Kurt Busch was leading, and Dale Earnhardt Jr. is far behind. This was the day Dale and the rest of the field Pennsylvania 500.
Nobody could get close enough to even give Busch love tap on the rear bumper. Or setbacks in the last stop forcing Busch to restart at position 9 could not keep. With a few laps, Busch was back to the command of the race.
In a rare attempt to be modest, Busch said: `` You think for a moment to have the race in the bag. The only time I thought coming to the table around 199, reaching 200.''
Two factors to watch:
The leader Jeff Gordon continued his mastery of the classification edge. Gordon has finished in 4th and increased his points lead to 366 to 2nd place Denny Hamlin.
Jimmie Johnson turned his boat around with a 5th place. Johnson finished the 5th gave some traction in what had been a slippery slope to walk about. Johnson has won 2 points and now stands in 7th place.
Dale Earnhardt Jr. had a good race as anyone could want. The fight against the bad behavior of the car for almost any the day Earnhardt was able to take a 2nd place. The only problem with the 2nd place is the guy you are competing with the points won the race. Consequently, Jr. fell to 13 in points and is currently out of the hunt.
Offers Tony Stewart to win 3 straight was just a little short. 5 seats short in made. The winner of last week at the Brickyard finished in 6th place at Pocono and is now 5th in points.
